Bitcoin Cash (BCH): CashFusion is almost ready

CashFusion, the Bitcoin Cash (BCH) privacy protocol is almost ready for launch.

However, before releasing it to the public, the CashFusion team must complete a security audit.

CashFusion wants to make sure it really delivers the highest level of privacy possible by submitting it to a security audit that will be performed by Kudelski Security, the same IT security solution provider that audited CashShuffle

This is quite an expensive audit, $50,000, due to the complex nature of the CashFusion protocol, so the team is looking to raise $100,000, half of which is for the audit and the other half to cover development costs.

To that end, they are asking to donate BCH to the CashFusion fund through Bitcoin.com, promising to double each donation in order to reach the collection goal and start the audit as soon as possible.

In other words, for each satoshi donated another one will be donated by Bitcoin.com. Donations can be made by simply sending as many BCH as desired from a wallet to a specific address, which is obtained by scanning a special QR code.

The address to donate to is qr2terz9gkfku27u6a3rgnrktdggdfq74yvzzjltrn, and so far about 18.88 BCH have been collected, for a counter value of about $6,000 (i.e. 6% of the target).

The CashFusion fund will be managed by the same Bitcoin.com team and once the target is reached, all donations will be directed to the CashFusion team.

As a matter of fact, according to Bitcoin.com, CashFusion has already been tested by analyst James Waugh, who then explained that he examined a series of inputs and outputs of transactions made with this new system realizing that it was not possible to establish a concrete link between them.

It is, in fact, a system in some ways similar to traditional CoinJoin transactions, but which promises even more anonymity.

However, it should not be forgotten that Bitcoin.com is involved in the Bitcoin Cash project and this is why they decided to resort to a third-party audit.
