These are fraudulent attempts to exploit their image and popularity so that people invest in fraudulent products falsely linked to Bitcoin.
Only a few days ago there were posts with the renowned chef Gordon Ramsay saying that he had invested in Bitcoin Revolution, which is absolutely not true and leads to a completely misleading page.
But today we are talking about another chef, the presenter of MasterChef, Jordi Cruz Mas, who also has 3 Michelin stars.

Once again online there are numerous articles, proposed by phantom magazines, in which it is stated that the chef used Bitcoin Trader to invest in Bitcoin.
Obviously, we are faced with completely invented information, although it has to be said that we cannot know whether or not the cook has actually invested in Bitcoin in general, but he definitely did not invest in this scam platform.
It is worth recalling that Bitcoin Trader is a program that promises to multiply one’s Bitcoin with a minimum investment of 250 dollars, and therefore a user would obtain stratospheric earnings with a small investment.
These are just fake claims that hide real scams and should be treated as such. Nevertheless, victims are often not experts with these tools and all they need to do is read the name of a famous person to get close to them.
Many Italian characters like Flavio Briatore and Emma Marrone have also been used by these criminals as fake testimonials.
In the case of Bitcoin Trader, even the Consob intervened, which immediately blocked the website and so Italian users are not at high risk, even though criminals often change domains and so there are always back to square one.
The Internet is full of similar scams, such as Bitcoin Era, Bitcoin Loophole and similar names.
