The choice was due to the fact that these were “the two most popular cryptocurrencies” requested by their users. In the future, if there are many other requests in this sense, they will add other currencies.

Revolut, in addition to cryptocurrencies, also supports 25 fiat currencies, which makes it very easy to purchase cryptocurrencies from different parts of the world.
One of the interesting features is that of the payments in cryptocurrencies between users: as is the case with, for example, Paypal, even with Revolut users can exchange both fiat and crypto money
However, at the moment it is not possible to transfer cryptocurrencies to or from the app: deposits and withdrawals can still only be made in fiat currency, but Revolut informs that in the future they may be available.
In addition, a debit card in cryptocurrencies should also be available soon to make payments in fiat currencies at the real exchange rate depending on when the payment is made.
In these cases, Revolut charges a 1.5% markup on the average exchange price, calculated as the real-time price of some partner platforms.
