A few days ago Bittrex, the European-based asset trading platform, announced the listing of the EOS cryptocurrency on its platform:
As can be read in the tweet, Bittrex has opened the EOS wallets and trading will commence shortly. EOS New York, which is one of the 21 BP (Block Producer) of the EOS blockchain, has been involved in this process, demonstrating how a BP can also help to spread and improve the system.
Unfortunately, EOS trading will not be available to US users as the listing only includes Bittrex International. Also this time, US users find themselves without the possibility of using the cryptocurrency. EOS joins the other 32 cryptocurrencies that have been restricted by the platform in the US market.
The EOS listing on Bittrex is good news for the rest of the users, especially the European ones, who will now be able to transfer their funds to the platform and then start trading in the next few days.Â
It’s also good news for the EOS crypto because now other users will start to approach it also in anticipation of the launch of its social network Voice.
