LKSCOIN and Cam.TV: the first successful use case

The LKSCOIN project is ready to populate the web with an already successful first use case: the fully functional integration into the social network Cam.TV. Thanks to this opportunity, LKS has all the requirements to become the crypto preferred by the main social platforms. 

Cam.TV and LKS: likes become currency

With already 300,000 active users with more than 30,000 daily transactions, Cam.TV is the first successful use case of LKSCOIN (LKS), able to concretize the concept whereby likes become currency. 

In fact, within the Cam.TV portal, the LKS crypto combines the concept of reputational value with that of economic value. In practice, sending LKS to another Camer (Cam.TV user), means to support them both morally through the like but also economically. 

On Cam.TV, the first social platform specialized in video-calling with integrated payment system, receiving an LKSCOIN (LKS) entails an increase in Likes, which are an index of one’s popularity, as well as obtaining the crypto on one’s virtual account. 

In this regard, Gabriele Visintini, CEO of Cam.TV, described the platform as follows: 

“On Cam.TV, transactions of an economic nature (e.g. the payment for a consultation or an e-book) can only be made through this crypto. The exchange of LKS tokens between Cam.TV Camers, with the price being pegged to 0.01€ (1 LKS = 0.01€), is carried out using Blockchain technology.

The objective is to preserve the basic principles of the technology such as transparency, security and, above all, respect for privacy for the entire Live Community, as opposed to what would happen using traditional payment methods as a credit card. 

Thanks to LKSCOIN, Cam.TV users can obtain personal and material wealth through the mutual exchange of skills, passions and talents. 

Not only that, the future projects of the social platform and the idea of the LKSCOIN project to expand its partnerships with other social networks, foresee an exponential growth of the LKS user base which turns out to be a token of dual nature. 

How does LKSCOIN work on Cam.TV?

As already known, the LKS Chain was born as a clone of the Dash blockchain, i.e. with x11 algorithm, able to handle a large number of transactions, making it scalable, but above all allowing to create a Masternode to protect the network. 

It is precisely this primary nature of the LKS crypto that is being integrated and used within Cam.TV’s social platform, the one that operates on the LKS chain deriving from Dash’s blockchain.

Subsequently, to adapt the crypto to market needs, the project also built LKS on Ethereum’s blockchain, as an ERC20 token. As a result, the hybrid Eidoo crypto-exchange was also able to step in, allowing the LKS Initial Exchange Offering or IEO to run until May 27th, 2020. 

In this way, thanks to a blockchain swap process, from LKS Chain (Dash-based) to Ethereum, the LKS ERC20 token version (which retains the same value in euro thanks to the PEG Smart Contract) can also become an instrument of decentralized finance or DeFi.
