Recently, the influencer Aztek BTC has published a research on the data related to the various crypto and blockchain Telegram chats over time.

The study took June 2018 as a reference point, hence after the 2017 bullrun, monitoring the various chats at different times such as November 2019 and April of this year, showing how the crypto chats have evolved.
The data are staggering and show how all chats have lost many users, from the less popular ones like Trollbox and Decred, to the more numerous ones like Ripple, EOSProject, Litecoin and so on, reaching negative peaks of even 75% in the last 2 years.
Among the groups of the most affected cryptocurrencies, there is Litecoin, which has gone from over 32 thousand users to just 10 thousand users with a loss of 67%, even EOSProject didn’t perform positively, going from 55 thousand users to about 23 thousand users with a loss of 57%.
The group of Ripple, however, had over 64 thousand users while now it has just 23 thousand with a loss of 64%, a figure that raises questions about the status of the project and the difficulties it has found in its path due to the price that gradually dropped to be worth a few cents.
It’s hard to see the glass half full in this perspective, but in any case, what can be understood is that the end of the bullrun has driven away those people who were perhaps only interested in the speculative aspect of the sector and therefore not a real interest in building something solid and durable thanks to crypto and blockchain.
