Overbit has announced the release of five sketches to promote the accessibility and adoption of cryptocurrencies through the universal language of humour.
Overbit is a margin trading platform offering a wide range of derivatives on bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, forex and commodities, with leverage up to 100x for crypt and 500x for forex.
The initiative involves the publication on YouTube of a series of comic sketches, partly to alleviate the difficult situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, and partly to make the masses aware of the ease and accessibility of trading digital assets.

Since March 2020, the platform has seen trading activity increase by 30-40%, and traders’ time spent on the exchange has also increased by 50% compared to the pre-pandemic time.
The fact that people can now trade from home, spending less time travelling to work every day, for example, is allowing many to devote more time to trading.
These sketches aim to transcend technical language and technological barriers, thanks to visual storytelling and the universal language of humour.
After all, cryptocurrencies have immense potential, but they can make trading and investment discouraging for newcomers.
The ultimate goal is to reach as many people as possible, thanks to an informal and entertaining experience for the general public, thus increasing the adoption of cryptocurrencies.
The production of these sketches had actually started before the COVID-19 emergency began in March, and the Overbit team has decided to continue to produce them in the hope that they will bring some joy during these difficult times.
The first sketch is already visible on YouTube, while the next ones will be published monthly through Overbit’s social channels.
