Bitfinex-backed Tether USD is the most popular stablecoin on the cryptocurrencies market, yet it can only be purchased through its native pegging, the US Dollar. Thanks to the latest version of the Eidoo app, that’s not true anymore.
For the first time, in fact, it’s possible to buy Tether USD with EUR currency through SEPA.
This new feature exclusively available on the Eidoo app, enables users to buy the USDT stablecoin with EUR, directly from their bank accounts via a wire transfer (and without paying commissions!).
This new version of the Eidoo app provides an enhanced experience to our users as well as easier access to stablecoins. In fact, the release of Euros-enabled purchases of Tether USD comes along with improved support for fiat-backed tokens and gold-backed stablecoins.
