The creators of Kind Heaven have confirmed the launch of an ICO for the Yala Coin project, an ERC20 token that will finance the birth of Kind Heaven, an idea carried out by Perry Farrell, Cary Granat and Ed Jones, big names in music and special effects.
What is this about?
Kind Heaven is a journey that combines music, food, exoticism, mystery and much more, during which the visitor, through augmented reality, will be completely immersed in new atmospheres that seek to recreate the magical world of Southeast Asia.
Located on the LINQ Promenade in Las Vegas, a dynamic neighborhood full of shops, restaurants and numerous outdoor entertainment facilities, including the world’s tallest Ferris wheel, Kind Heaven will be a place for both family outings and adult entertainment with a 360-degree sensory kaleidoscope, prompting organizers to declare that there will never be two equal visits.
Kind Heaven is scheduled to open to the public in 2019.
Jane’s Addiction’s singer Perry Farrell, co-founder of Kind Heaven and above all known to the general public for having created the revolutionary Lollapalooza, an internationally renowned festival where artists of all musical genres perform, said:
“Lollapalooza forever changed the way fans experience live entertainment. And now, Kind Heaven is shaping what that type of experience looks in the 21st century.”
Kind Heaven will take advantage of the vanguard of RF technologies (oriented towards the exchange of data through communications between computers) and the holographic reality of Wearable Technology, i.e. the augmented reality made possible with sensors, micro-computers, smartwatches and glasses with special vision.
Great enthusiasm from Cary Granat, CEO Immersive Artistry who said:
“The traditional mechanisms of capital fundraising are slow and outdated. By having an independent, decentralized token, we are able to build a truly global brand that can hit the ground running from day one. For Kind Heaven, being one of the earliest adopters of this innovative approach to finance not only makes logistical sense, but community sense”
Kind Heaven is the result of a collaboration between Farrell and Immersive Artistry, the entertainment company that combines cutting-edge technology with Hollywood fiction to create extraordinary 360-degree experiences that involve all the senses.
Its co-founders are Cary Granat, founder and former CEO of Walden Media, and Ed Jones, special effects pioneer of several Oscar-winning films including “Star Wars The Return Of The Jedi”, “Indiana Jones”, “E.T”,”Who Framed Roger Rabbit?”.
