Supply chain transparency with Bittrex, Bloq and Earn.com

After the hacker attack on the British Airways that could have caused the violation of 380,000 transactions, companies such as Bittrex, Bloq and Earn.com have joined the advisory board of SUKU.

It’s a blockchain-based solution from the Citizens Reserve, which announced the launch of a first “supply chain-as-a-service” ecosystem to address supply chain issues.

The ecosystem is blockchain-based and aims to become an open and decentralized on-demand software delivery model that will enable technology partners to create applications and services that benefit all participants in the supply chain.

SUKU aims to be a single platform and marketplace for any business partner within the traditional supply chain, from suppliers and manufacturers to distributors and resellers.

In addition to blockchain expert CEO Eric Piscini, other leading financial and technology executives have joined SUKU’s Board of Directors in support of its mission to bring transparency and efficiency to the supply chain.

These include Michael Casey, world-renowned blockchain author and Chairman of the Advisory Board of CoinDesk, Bill Shihara, co-founder and CEO of Bittrex, Jack Lee, founder of HCM-Foxconn, Lily Liu, co-founder of Earn.com (which was acquired by Coinbase) and Matthew Roszak, co-founder and chairman of Bloq.

Eric Piscini, CEO of Citizens Reserve, said: “Blockchain technology has the potential to provide truly transformative solutions for businesses around the world, especially in the supply chain space. Following our unveiling of SUKU, the experience and knowledge that will come from these business veterans is pivotal in furthering our mission of solving some of the industry’s most pressing issues surrounding inefficiency, end-to-end visibility, and fragmented communication between companies and chains“.

Casey added: “Today’s supply chains are encumbered by large-scale inefficiency and waste, imposing costs on businesses and contributing to environmental and health threats to human beings. There is great potential to address them through the integration of new information technologies with blockchain technology. I’m excited to engage with Citizens Reserve in developing the platforms and systems needed to make that happen“.
