A few days ago The Cryptonomist opened its official account on Bitfinex Pulse, the new social network of the exchange dedicated to traders.
This is how Bitfinex today announces our participation through the official Twitter channel:
The @Cryptonomist_en is now on Bitfinex Pulse!
Feel the pulse of the latest developments in crypto, blockchain and fintech from a vital information source in the digital asset space, delivered to you in real-time. https://t.co/uW6nfbrVCv— Bitfinex (@bitfinex) May 11, 2020
This way The Cryptonomist becomes one of the first magazines in the crypto world “approved” by Bitfinex to arrive on the platform that was opened on April 27th and which also includes Whale Alert, a service that keeps track of the transactions of the so-called whales.
Bitfinex Pulse allows exchange users only to interact with each other and post their own “pulses” in a public or private way or to pin them to the top of their profile.
Bitfinex is currently one of the most liquid exchanges in the industry, ranking seventh according to Crypto Compare data for volumes over the last 3 months.
The CTO of Bitfinex and Tether, Paolo Ardoino, on the day Bitfinex Pulse was launched explained the project:
“As our community of traders continues to grow, Bitfinex Pulse will become a valuable information source, while also being a fun and intuitive way for traders to interact with each other. We have launched Bitfinex Pulse in response to the demand of our users for a professional content distribution platform for traders. Building on the success of the public leaderboard — which has already created crypto icons on Twitter — Bitfinex Pulse will foster the friendship and community spirit that makes Bitfinex a unique place to trade”.
