In recent weeks, The Cryptonomist‘s development team has been working on a new feature aimed at allowing readers to listen to the news.
Indeed, under the main image of each article, there is a built-in player that will allow users to press play and listen to the news instead of reading it. A useful function for those who, for example, are driving or are blind.
The system allows downloading the MP3 file on one’s own computer or other devices (the function is also available both on mobile and tablet) to listen to the article when it is more convenient, with the possibility of creating a playlist for someone else.
During the survey a few weeks ago, our readers’ interest in having a more interactive platform with more videos and podcasts emerged, so this is the first step in this direction.
Our idea is to make the platform increasingly more advanced with new tools to streamline the use and make it suitable for each type of reader, besides granting access – on the same website – to different features for an all-in-one solution.Â
MetaMask and The Cryptonomist
For this reason, among other things, some time ago we had developed a login function to be able to read the news according to one’s interests while being able to monitor one’s investments, simply by logging in with MetaMask or copying and pasting one’s Ethereum address.
New acquisitions coming soonÂ
With this in mind, we will also develop our mobile app and will soon announce new acquisitions to expand our range of services. It is worth noting that 2020 opened with the acquisition of CryptoHelper, a platform to simplify the entry into the crypto world for non-experts.
The Instagram filter
We have also developed an Instagram filter called “Bitcoin Cryptonomist” for shooting videos where bitcoin rains from the sky.
This filter allows creating stories on the famous social network.
