Mobile NFT Floor: buy NFTs in app without 30% commission

Recently, the Mobile NFT Floor platform offered a unique space to view, trade, and collect NFTs directly through the app.

By absorbing the 30% fees charged by Apple and Google, the platform set itself apart from the competition by allowing users to buy NFTs at no additional cost.

Floor was launched on the Apple and Google App Store last year, raising $8 million in a Series A round from investors such as Crypto.com, Eberg Capital and 8th Man Ventures.

The founders, former executives at Robinhood and Venmo, hope this initiative will push the entire industry to reduce the grip of Apple and Google.

With support for NFT on Ethereum, Polygon and Solana, Floor is collaborating with ten leading Web3 artists, including Vinnie Hager, to launch weekly drops available through in-app purchases.

While other NFT marketplaces avoid commissions via in-app purchases, Floor is committed to keeping its business profitable with 70% of primary sales: from artist to collector.

The app has about 25,000 users and promises further support for other networks in the coming months. Floor’s goal is clear: to provide users with a seamless NFT experience, opening up new possibilities in the world of cryptocurrency and digital art.
