Revolut: Premium and Metal card users will be able to access new partner subscriptions

Revolut, the financial super app, has decided to update its Premium and Metal card fee plans to include new partner subscriptions of leading lifestyle apps.

The new partner subscriptions available respond to different categories, but all are accessible by users at no added cost. For example, for the news category, Premium and Metal users of Revolut, will be able to access the Financial Times.

Next, in the fitness area, there are ClassPass and Freeletics, in the mental health and wellness area there are Headspace and Sleep Cycle, and for productivity and connectivity there are NordVPN and Picsart.

Not only that, Revolut also included subscriptions for the categories of dating with Tinder and food delivery with Deliveroo.

The financial app said that this revision represents the first significant one since the launch of paid plans in 2018.

Not only that, additional benefits for Premium and Metal cards were estimated to be worth €650 and €1750 per year, respectively.

Revolut and the revision of the Premium and Metal cards to become the global app

This overhaul of Revolut’s Premium and Metal cards refers to customers in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area.

Already available to Ultra customers, Revolut’s high-end subscription, these partnerships will add extra value for other customers as well. Not only that, with this news, Revolut is taking a step closer to its goal of becoming the preferred global app for all things money.

In this regard, Tara Massoudi, General Manager Premium Products at Revolut, commented:

“We always listen to our customers and innovate our products to exceed their expectations. We’re launching a unique offering, which will bring together a carefully selected bundle of lifestyle subscription services included with your Revolut Plan.

One account that unlocks subscriptions bringing customers more value and convenience. As part of enhancing our paid plans, additional exciting benefits will come to Ultra customers in due course, too.”

For Plus card customers, however, Revolut also announces that it will allow them to get the most out of their money through an increased currency exchange limit to €3,000 from €1,000. The new limit will apply for a continuous period of 30 days.

Stock trading in Europe as well

Recently, Revolut added share trading services of more than 70 listed companies to its clients in Europe as well.

Such investment services in the European Economic Area (EEA) are provided by Revolut Securities Europe UAB.

Not only that, clients have been able to start trading right away with a minimum investment of only €1.

Again, clients have different opportunities to trade stocks depending on their plan, namely 1 trade for the Standard plan, 3 for Plus, 5 for Premium, and 10 for Metal and Ultra. All without any commission per month.

In contrast, for customers who exceed the free limit, a variable commission will be charged on each trade of 0.25% (0.12% for Ultra), with a minimum amount of €1.
