Yesterday you might receive an email from us regarding the fact that our ICO Engine closed the relationship with a few countries including Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia, Syria, Iran, Trinidad and Tobago, Iraq, Tunisia, North Korea, Vanuatu, Serbia, Yemen, Nigeria.

We decided not to support these countries because we received tons of fraud attempts, so banks don’t allow us to work with Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia, Syria, Iran, Trinidad and Tobago, Iraq, Tunisia, North Korea, Vanuatu, Serbia, Yemen, Nigeria, because of Anti-money Laundering (AML) regulation.

This was the email we sent you if you are based in such places:

    “Dear User,

due to new internal measures, we have decided to suspend your account indefinitely, for we have had many fraud attempts coming from your and other Countries. We apologize for this inconvenience and remain at your disposal for any questions.

    Kind Regards”

This means that if you are located in these countries you cannot use our ICO Engine to participate in the token sales we organize and, if you’ve already opened an account on ICO Engine, this was suspended.
