As CEO Kelly Loeffler said, Bakkt, the Bitcoin futures platform, will be launched shortly before Christmas, on December 12th.
Just yesterday, October 18th, Bakkt announced a historic partnership with Goldman Sachs: in fact, the famous investment bank will use the Bakkt platform as a technological solution for its crypto custody service.
Bakkt’s architecture will allow Goldman Sachs’ clients to use a secure public platform with decades of experience in the financial markets. The ICE initiative, in fact, is able to provide high reliability also thanks to the names that make up the part of the management, including Kelly Loeffler herself, CEO of Bakkt.
