Binance Trust Wallet now supports Stellar Lumens

Binance Trust Wallet announced today that it will support Stellar Lumens (XLM), as it continues to deliver on its promise to support all major market capitalisation cryptocurrencies.

The founder of the Binance Trust Wallet, Viktor Radchenko, explained:

“Adding support to Stellar’s XLM on Trust Wallet is a result of our community’s overwhelming request and our response to it. Additionally, the Stellar team has made it easy for our development team to get XLM integrated to our crypto wallet app with its robust technical groundwork and tools that allowed the integration to be processed in a fast, reliable and easy way”.

To add XLM to the Trust Wallet, simply click on “+” in the top right corner of the app and then click on “Stellar Lumens“.

You must have some Lumens in order to create the account and complete the operations on the Stellar blockchain. XLM can be traded with different pairs.

Other assets have also been added to the Trust Wallet, including Aion (AION), Kin (KIN), Nimiq (NIM) and Thunder Token.

Stellar Lumens, the crypto for cross-border payments

Like Ripple (XRP), Stellar’s aim is to make cross-border payments more efficient and is, therefore, attracting more and more attention from banks.

For this reason, the Stellar Lumens team has recently announced its rebranding in order to have a more institutional look.

The new Stellar logo consists of circles and lines that represent the values of the brand: being versatile, open and at the same time playful, thus offering an icon in resonance with the “S” representing the Stellar Lumens name.
