Bitfinex, in collaboration with Socios, has launched a trading competition involving the famous Italian football team Juventus.
Some time ago, Socios launched the Juventus fan token thanks to a partnership that was signed several months ago, and now, in collaboration with the exchange, has announced the launch of this trading competition.
It is a competition involving the trading of the Socios token, CHZ, for which the prize up for grabs is a football signed by Juventus players, as well as other prizes offered by Socios such as the Socios x Juventus t-shirts.
The competition began on January 13th and will end on January 19th, 2020 at 23:59 UTC. Bitfinex users will have to prove their CHZ token trading skills on the platform.
The competition is only open to verified users who must be at least 18 years old and live in certain jurisdictions. The total CHZ token trading volume of the eligible participants will be monitored during the contest week.
In order to take part in the competition, it is necessary to enable the Bitfinex account for the public rankings by ticking the “enable account for public leaderboard” box from the account information page and agree to participate in the competitions.
The Chiliz token (CHZ) is a digital currency for sports and entertainment platforms, and powers the Socios.com tokenized voting platform, where fans can buy, exchange and vote for their favourite sports teams.
The Chiliz project has raised $66 million from some of the world’s largest crypto exchanges and various Asian funds and is owned by the Mediarex Group, a global sports and entertainment organization founded in 2000 and based in Malta.
Chiliz is also certified by CertiK, a formal verification framework designed to prove mathematically that smart contracts and blockchain ecosystems are bug-free and resistant to hackers.
