Animoca Brands and F1® Delta Time have announced the launch of the auction of the ultra-rare Formula1 China Edition 2019 Azure Dragon NFT.
The NFT China Edition will be launched on Chinese New Year: the auction will start on January 23rd, 2020 at 3:00 AM GMT and will end on January 31st, 2020 at 3:00 AM GMT.
Participation in the auction requires a web browser that supports Ethereum wallets and some Wrapped Ether (wETH) to make bids.
The China Edition is the first of the F1 Delta Time “Four Guardians” racing cars.
It is inspired by the blue dragon, called Qinglong in Chinese, a mythological creature representing the East and the spring season.
In fact, it has a black and blue livery embellished with two golden dragons, each holding Chinese coins with square holes that are meant to represent wealth for the car’s owner.
The performance indexes of the China Edition are of a high level, making this car a very competitive contender on any Delta Time F1 race track: top speed 988/1,000, acceleration 916/1,000, grip 918/1,000 and luck 88.
In addition to the China Edition, there are three other cars in the Four Guardians limited series, namely White Tiger, Black Tortoise and Vermillion Bird, which will be released in the coming months. The cars in this series are inspired by four mythological symbols of China, the guardians of the four cardinal directions.
Each of these four cars is absolutely unique and therefore has the highest degree of rarity and power of F1 Delta Time: Apex. The other levels, in descending order, are Legendary, Epic, Rare and Common.
In addition, they will get a special boost during the races on the Shanghai International Circuit and their owners will earn twice as much REV for the completion of their F1 Delta Time goals.
All F1 Delta Time NFTs are officially licensed by Formula 1® and can be used in the upcoming F1 Delta Time multiplayer racing game.
Furthermore, F1 Delta Time NFTs allow generating REV tokens by staking the rarest cars that generate higher amounts of REV. REV is an ERC20 token and the main currency that will be used within the game.
