Payments platform, Wirex, has announced that it will give away up to $1 million in WXT crypto for its Christmas campaign. The giveaway will be active in the month of December 2021.

Specifically, the Wirex Advent Calendar will continue from 1 to 24 December, with different promotions every day of the month. This includes:
- Sign-up and verification bonuses for new and existing customers
- Special rewards for deposits, transactions and card activations
- Up to 4% Cryptoback™ rewards on all online and in-store purchases made with your Wirex card
High bonuses for purchasing certain tokens, including BTC, ETH, DOGE and XRP
Not only that, the giveaway will reportedly be a double reward for users who purchase WXT on December 24, and they will be able to receive 100 EUR/USD in WXT when they purchase over 500 EUR/USD worth of tokens.
Other crypto bonuses for Christmas 2021 at Wirex
In addition to the aforementioned gifts, Wirex is offering other limited-time bonuses for users of the X-Account feature, which was launched last June.
Basically, the X-Account feature itself allows customers to earn up to 16% interest on their funds, with zero commissions, and with the ability to withdraw at any time and no minimum deposit.

The price of the WXT token
Wirex Token (WXT) is a multi-chain crypto that powers the X-tras rewards program and is built on the Stellar and Ethereum blockchains.
At the time of writing, WXT has a total market cap of nearly $50 million, and its current price is $0.0049. This is nothing compared to its ATH – All Time High of $0.029 recorded in mid-April 2021.
Overall, WXT was launched in June 2019, through an IEO or Initial Exchange Offering executed on the OKEx crypto-exchange, with a price at launch that was $0.01.
