Crypto.com and Altava Group: expanding Web3 services in the digital fashion market

The famous crypto-trading platform, Crypto.com, has announced its new partnership with Altava Group, a vertical company in AI fashion tech. The goal is to expand Web3 services in the global digital fashion market.

“Crypto.com is proud to announce a partnership with Altava Group, a leader in the digital fashion industry. The collaboration aims to leverage our technology and expertise for the growth and advancement of the global digital fashion market.”

The two companies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) at the headquarters of Crypto.com Korea, attended by Eric Anziani, President and COO of Crypto.com, and Andrew Junhoe Ku, CEO of Altava Group.

As a first step, Crypto.com and ALTAVA will explore the possibility of working with the marketplace NFT and Crypto.com’s payment solution.

Not only that, the two partners will launch joint promotions through online and offline events to lay the foundations of the digital fashion industry.

At the moment, the collaboration will take place in the Korean territory, and will also involve global luxury brands LVMH, Balmain and Bulgari, which are already partners of Altava Group

In the future, the two partners will collaborate on initiatives using the Altava Group network to promote Crypto.com’s activities in the field of virtual assets and blockchain.

In this regard, Anziani from Crypto.com commented as follows:

“We are excited to collaborate with Altava Group, a leader in the digital fashion sector. We hope to leverage our technology and experience for the growth and progress of the global digital fashion market – an area where we see great potential.”

Even Junhoe Ku, CEO of Altava Group, has released a comment on the matter:

“We are extremely pleased to explore Crypto.com Pay through the partnership with Crypto.com, a global leader in virtual assets with over 80 million users. We expect that the addition of cryptocurrencies as a payment option will help lower entry barriers for fashion brands and creators and further strengthen the foundations of the digital fashion ecosystem.”

The partnership with Mocaverse’s metaverse

This partnership in the global digital fashion market adds to another recent partnership of Crypto.com last month, albeit with the Mocaverse metaverse.

Mid-February, in fact, Crypto.com DeFi Wallet, along with OKX Wallet and Halo Wallet, became partners of Mocaverse, allowing users to request their unique Moca IDs in-app.

Mocaverse is the project of associative network by Animoca Brand and has embarked on a new journey with the main Web3 wallets.

In this way, users will be able to enter the Mocaverse ecosystem directly with their Moca IDs through their Crypto.com DeFi Wallet.

The price of CRO is pumping but still far from its all-time high

At the time of writing, while Bitcoin (BTC) is hitting its all-time high (ATH) ever at $71,790, Cronos (CRO) is pumping but still far from its ATH.

And indeed, CRO is following the bullish trend of the crypto market, with the price nearing $0.17. The 33rd crypto by market capitalization is experiencing a price pump of +1.71% in the last 24 hours and +18% in the last seven days.

But its ATH of $0.90, recorded on November 24, 2021, is still a mirage.
