Global Blockchain Mining Corp (GBMC, abbreviated to CSE: BLOC, abbreviated to OTC: GBCHF), already listed on the Canadian stock market, has decided to continue its process of transparency in order to improve its share values.

This is why it has made public some information about its mining activities through its website www.forkse.com.

In this way it is possible to understand how a medium-large company works, engaged in the creation of cryptocurrencies:

1) Strategic alliances;

2) Size of the facilities;

3) Output generated by the processing activity.

Basically, the same information that allows you to know the production of a normal company selling real goods.

On the basis of the data provided, it appears that the company has four server farms, three in different cities in Canada and one in Mozambique, in Maputo.

Very interesting is the participation of Spectra7, a technology company specializing in crypto mining that is developing processing units to complement systems that are permanently in operation such as HVAC or video systems, thus able to optimize overall power consumption.

The purpose of this comprehensive disclosure is also linked to the listing of the share on OTC Stock Exchange, through its deposit with the DTC, a securities deposit and transfer management company operating in both Canada and the United States.

This will make it easier for investors to enter the sector.

As CEO Shidan Gouran said, “‘There is a sizeable niche of investors who desire the relatively straightforward nature of cryptocurrency mining, and how it is similar to investing in utilities or resources. Now that FORK is listed on OTC and CSE, we’re pleased to have the website and slide deck publicly available for everyone to become familiar with what FORK does
