A Million Dreams, a song from Boxmining to celebrate 10 years of Bitcoin

The song “Happy Birthday Bitcoin – A Million Dreams Celebration Video”, published by Boxmining on YouTube and several other social channels, is one of the many initiatives that have been organised to celebrate the 10 years since the creation of Bitcoin’s Blockchain first block.

The song, obviously dedicated to Bitcoin, is sung by several people known in the crypto world, including Giacomo Zucco of Blockchain Lab with Mir Liponi.

Boxmining is an English-language news site specialised in mining.

The singers are not all singing professionals, so the performance at times might leave a little to be desired, but the goal was certainly not to pump out a musical masterpiece, but a tribute to Bitcoin and its first 10 years of life by a group of well-known faces in the crypto sector.

In the description of the video the authors wrote:

The first decade is just the tip of the iceberg of the Bitcoin revolution – the next 10 years will fulfill another Million Dreams“.

The piece chosen by Boxmining is a cover of A Million Dreams, from the soundtrack of The Greatest Showman, a 2017 musical film dedicated to Phineas Taylor Barnum, the founder of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, directed by Michael Gracey and starring Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron, Michelle Williams, Rebecca Ferguson, Zendaya and Keala Settle.
