Considering the worldwide impact that the TV series Game of Thrones is generating, it was inevitable that there would be bets on who will win the Iron Throne in the last season and clearly the crypto world could not miss the opportunity of betting with bitcoin (BTC) on the winner.

The Game of Thrones bet was proposed by the FreeBitco.in website, which recently included this event and others regarding various sports such as football, formula 1, cricket, but also the price that will reach bitcoin.

Betting on the site involves a system whereby the reward multiplier (now around 72x) decreases with the passing of time encouraging users to bet on the winner as soon as possible.

For the moment, among the favourites, with 45% of the bets, there is Jon Snow, while in second place, with 20%, there is a complete stranger, precisely because the site allows the possibility of nobody winning the Iron Throne.

The current prize for the Game of Thrones bet is 1.5 BTC (about $7,900) and is just under a month away from the completion of the event.
