Cent: the social network pays in Ethereum

Recently the CEO of Cent, Max Brody, announced a new feature for the blogging/social network platform, which allows users to transfer Ethereum via chat, without the use of other software.

This is also an interesting feature because it could be similar to the solution that Facebook could adopt with its messaging system, also designed to reward various content creators.

As explained by one of CoinFund’s investors, Jake Brukhman:

“What Cent is doing long-term isn’t focused on tipping as much as the idea that people should be able to earn money online from their creativity, their art, their content”.

When sending a message to another user, you can decide whether to send a payment in Ethereum (ETH) to the other party. To do this, just select the “$” button on the toolbar of the Cent Messenger application.
