Litecoin Foundation partners with Glory Kickboxing

Glory Kickboxing announced last night that they have entered into a partnership with the Litecoin Foundation.

As a result, litecoin has now been added as a payment option to the Gloryshop.com online shop for the purchase of the kickboxing team’s merchandise.

During the fights, the litecoin logo will be displayed among the sponsors’ logos on the stream, on social media, and during the events.

“Glory has a growing worldwide fan base that consists in large part of a younger demographic who are early adopters of technology and conduct much of their lives online – from consuming content to purchasing products” explained Charlie Lee. “As GLORY continues to grow, tapping into their global audience and educating them about Litecoin through real world use cases can be powerful”.

Marshall Zelaznik, the CEO of Glory, commented on the partnership with the Litecoin Foundation:

“A partnership with Litecoin, which offers one of the fastest transaction confirmation speeds of any cryptocurrency, makes perfect sense for GLORY and our fans as we put on the fastest fight action in the combat sports world. With both companies also being young, dynamic and achieving consistent year-on-year growth, GLORY could not have found a more fitting cryptocurrency partner.

This is not the first time that Charlie Lee and the Litecoin Foundation have decided to sponsor a sporting event. Not so long ago, Litecoin was a partner of the UFC 235.
