Today the world-famous NFT marketplace SuperRare has announced the launch of 10 new independently self-sovereign Spaces inside the platform itself that will sell unique NFTs.

These 10 virtual galleries were proposed and voted on by the SuperRare DAO that launched last year with the RARE token.

SuperRare Labs co-founder and CEO John Crain explained:

“We are thrilled with the results of the Space Races so far, we’ve seen incredible participation and engagement from our token holders as well as from NFT artists, collectors and enthusiasts from around the world. We value our dedicated SuperRare community who voted in this Space Race.  Their voices are helping to build SuperRare into a vibrant ecosystem, where a plurality of voices are heard while new and innovative forms of artistic expression are being minted as NFTs.”

The votation took place for 2 weeks, concluding on March 22 with ten winners out of 30 proposals. More than 28.4 million votes were cast by the SuperRare DAO, with a RARE token engagement of 23%.

These are the details about these new 10 spaces, according to the official SuperRare press release distributed today, April 1st, 2022.

With a view to exploring and contextualizing the different movements of NFT, New French Touch aims to position NFTs within greater mainstream culture.  New French Touch founders are BnoiitC MoCA, albertine, Arthemort, Jean Michel Pailhlon, G4sP4RD, Lucie-Eleonore.

The Joy of NFTs

The Joy of NFTs will serve as a space to open the conversation between artists, collectors, and members of the NFT community. Developed to be an episodic platform for conversations, The Joy of NFTs has a unique concept where the community participates in selecting the theme of every episode.

Each artist will have 10 minutes to do a sketch and walk the audience through their creative process. Each show will feature artists and collectors in the NFT space.
